In recent years, the local real estate market has been very challenging for buyers. While the rate increases of 2022 brought a cooling that has made things a bit less frenzied, we are still contending with historically low inventory that is insufficient to meet demand. Through all the shifts in the market, I have maintained a strong track record of getting my clients’ offers accepted — most of them on their first or second attempt!
