For a brief stint between selling my former condo and buying our new house, my husband I rented just around the corner from here and I have to say that of all the places I've lived in Cambridgeville, this was definitely my favorite location. It happened to be during the winter of 2015 when we got SO MUCH snow, and even with the roads a disaster and the city practically shut down, we could walk around the corner to 1369 to get coffee -- amazing!

Inman Square row house!
To live in Inman Square is to be surrounded by the best that Somerville & Cambridge have to offer, and to find a single family home here is a rare opportunity! This circa-1900 mansard rowhouse, unassuming from the street, is delightfully spacious inside with well-proportioned rooms, great ceiling height and a flowing layout on two levels. The light-filled open loft space on the second floor is ideal for an art studio, maker space, home office or family room, or could be enclosed to create a third bedroom. Plenty of storage in the basement, a charming front garden, rear porch & brick courtyard round out the package. Located on a one-way residential side street just around the corner from Inman's many great cafés, restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues, with easy access to both Harvard & MIT. The Red Line at Central is just .8 miles away, and the future Green Line at Union will be right around the corner! Walkscore = 95 (“Walker’s Paradise”) and Bikescore = 100 (“Biker’s Paradise”).
