There have been a few listings in recent years in this very conveniently-located building, just off Mass Ave, literally around the corner from the Porter Square shopping plaza. Unit 6, also a 2-bed with similar specs, listed at $495,000 last December and sold right at the asking price. Prior to that, Unit 8, also a pretty comparable unit, listed at $449,000 last April and sold for $475,000. Prior to that, the last similar unit sold was in August of 2012 — it listed for $419,000 and sold for $415,000.
The sales in this building are a great indicator of the market changes over the past few years. Will be interesting to see what this one goes for… Stay tuned!
