A couple years ago I sold a beautiful, though a little worse-for-the-wear, 3-family home at 11 Church Street in Union Square. It was beloved by the trustees of the estate, whose family had owned the home for many years. They, and I, were so happy that the buyer was a great local developer who does gorgeous work, and who we knew would turn the long-neglected home around. And I’m happy to say that he has, and that three beautiful new, entirely gut-renovated condos (with parking!) will soon be hitting the market. Here are a couple pix of the works-in-progress:

Although the condos are not quite finished, and won’t be going on MLS for a few weeks, I will be showing them to interested parties once the floors are done next week. So if you’d like to get in early, please let me know and I’m happy to arrange it. Prices will be in the mid- to high-$400s.
