Properties of the Week: You Are the First to Hear About…

A couple years ago I sold a beautiful, though a little worse-for-the-wear, 3-family home at 11 Church Street in Union Square. It was beloved by the trustees of the estate, whose family had owned the home for many years. They, and I, were so happy that the buyer was a great local developer who does gorgeous work, and who we knew would turn the long-neglected home around. And I’m happy to say that he has, and that three beautiful new, entirely gut-renovated condos (with parking!) will soon be hitting the market. Here are a couple pix of the works-in-progress:

11 Church Street Condos

  1. Unit 1 — 2BR+study, 2 bath, 1089 sf +/- with 1 parking spot

  2. Unit 2 — 3BR, 2 bath, 1174 sf +/- with 1 parking spot

  3. Unit 3 — 2BR, 2 bath, 1248 sf +/- (note that ceilings are pitched and these measurements go all way to walls’ edge) with 1 parking spot

Although the condos are not quite finished, and won’t be going on MLS for a few weeks, I will be showing them to interested parties once the floors are done next week. So if you’d like to get in early, please let me know and I’m happy to arrange it. Prices will be in the mid- to high-$400s. And if you’re not good at visualizing, here’s a link to some pictures of 66 Prentiss Street in Cambridge, which was done by the same developer and has the same finishes as 11 Church will when complete. (Bonus for buyers of 11 Church units, since the comparably-sized 2BR/2ba units at Prentiss (without parking) were priced in the mid-$600s!)
