Very excited about my new condo listing coming on next week. Don’t want to give too much away, and the price is still being finalized, but here’s what I will say…
You won’t find a better location than this condo’s — it’s less than a half mile to both Porter & Davis and just around the corner from the Porter Square shopping center, with a Shaw’s and 24-hour CVS — you can easily go car-free in this neighborhood! And if you happen to be studying at Harvard or Lesley, well… it doesn’t get more convenient than this!

The condo itself is on the top floor of this lovely three-unit home (all units owner-occupied, btw), has a great layout with two large bedrooms conveniently separated on either side of the living room and eat-in kitchen. And the gorgeous custom bathroom is a rare treat in a space this size. In fact, I don’t usually post bathroom pictures, but this one deserves a look:
