I am IN LOVE with this house! A fantastic and rare architect-designed 3-family with large rooms, a great layout and amazing period woodwork and detail. It definitely needs some renovation, but will be well worth the money and effort. Am sure there are many developers chomping at the bit to get their hands on this one, so expect a serious multiple-bid scenario when offers are reviewed on Monday.
