When I saw this condo on our weekly “caravan” of new Coldwell Banker listings, my first thought was, “I hope someone with a dog buys this place.” That’s because, in addition to being just a hop/skip/jump from Fresh Pond, it is also across the street from Danehy Park, which has a designated off-leash dog area, AND is right next to Callahan Playground, which is also dog friendly.
