Amory Street is truly one of my favorite streets in Cambridge, and Amory Place is one better, being a short dead-end off the main road — cannot beat this mid-Cambridge location! And the house… very cute, not large, but well laid out, with parking and a yard — it’s the perfect urban single family! Granted, most people will want to do some updating, like changing out the green shag carpet on the stairs, but the bones are good and it’s a great opportunity to design just the home you want, rather than paying for someone else’s renovations that may not be to your taste.
