Last week I featured 9 Radcliffe Unit 3 in Somerville as my property of the week and now I’m happy to give a little sneak peak of the other two units in this new conversion… they aren’t quite ready for pictures, so posting floorplans instead. These units are not yet listed on MLS, but they will be open for viewing at my open house this Sunday from 12 – 1 pm. Come see!

And this neighborhood is poised for great things. Check out what’s on the docket…
Local celebrity restaurateurs Ana Sortun and Cassie Piuma, of Oleana and Sofra fame, are soon to open their new restaurant Sarma on the corner of Marshall and Pearl Streets, just around the corner from Radcliffe. The much-anticipated restaurant will be a “friendly neighborhood mezze bar” drawing inspiration from Turkey and beyond.
And… The Gilman Square Station of the Green Line Extension will be right there too, with entrances on Medford and School Streets. “We aim to reestablish Gilman Square as a transit-focused civic, residential, and commercial location,” said Deborah Fennick, architect at Fennick & McCreadie Architecture, the firm that designed the station.
