Property of the Week: Luxury Living at 45 Province

I generally don’t feature Boston properties on this site, but on Friday I took a tour of the downtown area, primarily focusing on new development (see related post), but wrapping up with a reception in an amazing condo at 45 Province. Now, this is not the kind of property I’m used to selling here on the Cambridge side of the river — sure we have concierge buildings with lots of amenities, but the level of luxury at 45 Province is something we just don’t see in *our fair city.*  I mean, 24-hour concierge & valet, sure. An on-site fitness center, no problem. But this place has an on-site SPA!! With yoga classes, a meditation lounge, and spa treatments available right in your own home. The neighboring restaurant, Marliave, will bring you your lunch or dinner. KO Prime offers priority reservations and seating. Am sure the concierge would paint your dog’s toenails if you asked nicely… it’s just that kind of place. But really, what gets me are the glass curtain walls, giving the units what feels like 180-degree views of the river, the gleaming dome of the statehouse, the Zakim bridge, and pretty much most of Boston from a perspective you don’t usually get outside of an office building. So, while this isn’t what I’d typically consider my type of place, I could maybe live here… If you could too, get in touch and I’ll set up a showing!
