For a change of pace this week, I thought I’d feature a Belmont property — mostly because it’s just got great potential no matter how you choose to use it: as an owner-occupied 2-family, condo conversion or rental property. At the moment, it’s a 2-family with two bedrooms and one bath in each unit, plus a two-car garage.
