Yes, it’s true! This super cute and airy single family at the end of Henderson Street is not large, but is well laid-out and the upstairs’ vaulted ceilings make it feel quite spacious. Perks such as parking, outdoor space and central air increase the appeal. Note that the home does sit next to the commuter rail tracks (and future Green Line tracks) — hence the price — but the fence blocks the view, and I’m told the City or MDOT (not sure which) will be adding sound barriers to help alleviate the noise of additional trains when the GLX is up and running. And hey, the Lowell Street Station will be conveniently close!
