I love Curbed Boston. It’s such a great resource for real estate market data — I use it regularly to stay in touch with those markets I’m not directly entrenched in on a daily basis — the *other side* of the river, the further out burbs, etc. And sometimes I use it to validate the things I find myself telling clients every day, in the form of, “See… it’s not just me saying this… this is reality!”
