The state has selected Leggat McCall Properties to redevelop the Sullivan Courthouse in East Cambridge from the final three developer candidates. The good news: anything will be an improvement over the current asbestos-laden eyesore that is the Courthouse. The bad news: Leggat McCall’s plan, which is almost all office space, was the least popular option among the East Cambridge community.
