I absolutely love the recent movement toward moderately-sized, even small, homes. Nothing annoys me more than a McMansion, except maybe a McMansion in the middle of some horrible suburb where you absolutely cannot walk to anything. Oh, and if it has a ridiculous lawn that seems to exist for the sole purpose of justifying a riding mower, all the worse. But… even I am not sure I could live in an 89 SF home! Yes, they do actually exist, and according to a recent Boston.com article, seem to be gaining popularity.
