This condo, listed by my colleague Max Dublin, was such a pleasure to visit — it’s beautifully renovated, yet still retains its character, the staging is gorgeous, AND… there’s a great exclusive use yard with patio. On top of all that, the location just outside of Inman is one of my favorite areas. I pretty much wanted to move right in 🙂
