The last time a townhome in Ellery Square came on the market, in Feb 2010, it had an accepted offer in two days (and if I remember correctly it had multiple offers) and sold slightly above the asking price. People love these homes because of their great mid-Cambridge location, ample square footage, attached garages, soaring ceilings and windows, and great outdoor space (patios AND decks!) Not to mention that they’re deeded as single families, which many people prefer. Point being, if you want to see this one, get in touch soon because it won’t be on the market long!
