This is kind of a tease, I know, but I’m using this condo, which went under agreement after only TWO days on the market, to highlight the importance of working closely with your agent and acting quickly when a hot property comes on the market. The lucky buyers are friends of mine, and are soooo happy they got in to see it before the first open house, after which, there surely would’ve been multiple offers.
