Don’t judge a book by its cover… or in this case, a condo by its exterior. Yes, I know, this building is not pretty on the outside, but the units at 301 & 303 Lowell Street, several of which are still available (58% have been sold at the time of this post), are nicely renovated, come with parking, and are priced amazingly well. Take, for example, unit 34 — it’s a top floor, 2 bedroom, corner unit with close to 800 square feet of living space, a balcony and parking — all for just $225,000. Best yet, the location is right next to the future Lowell Street stop of the Green Line extension, coming *someday* — last I heard was 2015.
