I recently had a listing for an attached single (townhouse style) just outside of Central Square listed at $449,000. Within a week, I had multiple offers — all very good — and we went under contract. It’s all very basic supply-and-demand: Cambridge has roughly 100,000 residents, but fewer than 4,000 single family homes!
