Curbed Boston says Somerville is “doomed to be a more desirable place to live,” echoing Boston.com‘s warnings of increasing rents and property values across the city with the coming of the Green Line Extension. Sounds like it would be a good time to buy a home or investment property along the GLX route before prices spike — if only we had some inventory!
